Legal and ethical issues

My poster won't cause much offence, however, it may seem violent to some people, including parents to children as the main character is holding a weapon. Also, the main character also looks very angry which can relate to the violence. I would say that my poster is considerate as I am aiming the target audience to be 18+. Also, I would like to place my posters out of sight of children because it has a violent look to the poster.

LEGAL

Issue	Solved or justified?
Copyright	When I make my poster, I could use copyrighted images but I am going to use my own images so no copyright is infringed.
Talent Release Forms	When I take photos of the models, I would get them to sign a talent release form. This shows that they agree to be recorded and photographed.

ETHICAL

Issue	Solved or justified?
The fact that the main character is holding a gun	Only show the poster in suitable places, away from the eyes of children. This will not then upset parents as their child won’t see the poster.
Character looks very angry	Only show to the acceptable audience, it might upset children or scare them.
