Inspiration for my film poster

I like this poster from Underworld because it shows how angry the character is and also I like the background as it will be similar to my poster.

I also like this poster as the background is very similar to what I want to use for my poster.

I like this poster as the character's emotions are similar to the ones i am going to use.

Steps to get to this point

Does this poster attract my target audience
I believe that this poster attracts my target audience. My target audience is 18+ so it would have to be out of the sight of children, but this would attract them a lot.

3 things I like about my poster

• I like how the text fades from red to black, it's more interesting than having it one colour. It can also represent blood in death. 
• I like the characters facial expression, it works with the poster and what the film is about.
• I like how the background is lighter around the character, it makes the character more bold. 

3 things I could change/improve

• I could change the darkness of the background as I think it is still too light.
• I could also change the background image to make it more eerie. 
• I could change the colour of the other text to make it fit in better.
